Point of Sale

With a POS system built into Ecomia, you can charge walk-in and phone-in customers with ease. Customer information will be autofilled as you type the name for customers who have previously ordered. Customers can also be part of a group/membership wherein discounts and special pricing applies. If a customer is part of a group, information like pricing and discounts will autofill into the POS system.

The POS also allows you to send a quote and save the order for later. When they come back or call in again, you will have the said order pulled in to be processed it immediately.

Lookup Customers

You can search for customers using name, email address or phone numbers. Orders are linked to customer’s information, making it easier to check previous purchases.

Tax Exempt

In certain cases, individual customers and businesses alike may be qualified for tax-exempt status. You only need to set this on Ecomia for each qualified customer so that they will not be charged with tax in their purchases.

Customer Memberships, Discounts and Custom Pricing

Ecomia has an excellent memberships-and-groups module built in wherein you can assign customers to certain groups. These groups could have certain discounts or specific pricing level. Product prices are then automatically computed based on the group the customer belongs to during purchase.

Repeat Orders

In some instances, customers will inadvertently repeat their orders for the same items at the same hour or day. Ecomia will automatically flag these orders for customer verification. Additionally, Ecomia lets you put in discounts in customers with repeat orders.
